Casual and valuable. We try to provide value in a casual environment to the participants at our events. We're sponsoring a presentation called "Private Inurement, Private Benefit, and Conflicts of Interest 101" and one participant told me this sort of information would cost her hundreds of dollars if her group's attorneys had been called in to discuss the same thing.

For me, the more casual networking events I find the best. Anything to structured or "stuffy" does not seem conducive to making good contacts.
