Turnover

For many reasons, the nonprofit industry is rife with turnover. Be it direct service, program implementation, fundraising, or administration, we often see people come and go for a variety of reasons. How has turnover with impacted your organization as a whole? How does it impact your level of commitment to the mission and the work being carried out?
